Nestled on the outskirts of the historic Eastham country park, The Eastham Ferry Hotel is cherished by locals and sits on a site of historical interest. Once the heart of Eastham, in the 1800's it provided leisure and comfort breaks for locals and travellers alike and featured a ball room for guests to enjoy. Whilst the Eastham Ferry Hotel felt grand in stature, it catered for many. More recently, prior to its closure 2 years ago, nearby residents created fond memories through weddings, celebrations and coming together for family moments.
Our vision was clear: to restore The Eastham Ferry Hotel to its former glory, creating a timeless and elegant gastropub where elevated British cuisine is enjoyed at affordable prices. We’ve brought the function room back to life, so you can once again experience The Eastham Ferry Hotel as the true heart of our community.

The Stanley Suite, named after Sir William Massey Stanley who built the Eastham Ferry Hotel in 1846, proudly serves as a vibrant venue for our local community.
Whether you’re planning a wedding, birthday celebration, baby shower, or any special occasion, The Stanley Suite offers the perfect setting to make your event truly memorable.
We host ‘experience’ nights such as Greek nights which we are running on the last Friday of every month.
We also host local live singers on selected nights.
